Returns & Exchanges Policy

  • Any exchanges or returns related issues should be raised within 7 days of delivery (including day of delivery) to us over email

  • Complaints raised beyond the 7 days will not be entertained.

  • Slight irregularities, if any, in the weave, prints or embroidery are not defects; rather they are uniqueness of the product.Hand printed or hand tie-dyed products may have slight mismatch in prints, color spills and other errors introduced due to virtue of being hand printed.Color bleed is common in petticoats. We insist the customer abide the wash care instructions mentioned on the website to hold the color & quality of the fabric for a longtime. 

  • All products are thoroughly checked by us before shipping.

  • While we try our best to capture the real color tones as close as possible and our photographs are all in natural lighting, there might be variations in the actual products with respect to the images, as these are digital images and there is a dependency on the device screen calibrations and lightings.Refund of any product on grounds of color variations and granular aspects will not be possible. Please feel free to enquire about any clarifications you may need on color, fabric, texture, weight of the product, dimensions, thread count or any other aspects which are of key importance to the customer. Kindly read the details accompanying each image and if any query, please do not hesitate to ask for clarifications before deciding to buy.

  • At the time of delivery, if the customer finds the package tampered with, kindly do not accept the shipment. If the customer accepts the shipment, it will be deemed as received in good condition.

  • In case of delivery failure due to incorrect/incomplete address provided by the customer or return of shipment to Label Chaitanya by the shipping/delivery agency due to the customer's unavailability to receive the shipment at the shipping address – any extra cost incurred by Label Chaitanya to re-dispatch the shipment to the customer & will be payable by the customer.

  • Refunds will be entertained only in case of major product defects or incorrect products being shipped to you. We can also do the resending of the defectless or correct product in that case and refund only if the same product is not available with us anymore.

  • In such cases, please reach us with the picture of the product your received so we can confirm and initiate the return process and ONLY AFTER we check and confirm that the product shipped was incorrect, we can issue the shopping vouchers for the purchase value.

  • Only products that are returned shipped product in the same way as they were delivered to the customer and retain the original packing, unused and not modified in anyway will be accepted. In the said case where refund is approved by us, please note that the refund will be possible only to the original payment source.

  • We don't entertain exchanges or returns for international order on grounds of the costing both the customer and we face for the to & fro shipping etc.

  • For those returns that are in the unserviceable pincode, you have to ship the items back to us.

    Shopping Vouchers:

  • For any returns made on grounds of change of mind, dissatisfaction on product attributes, we can only issue Shopping Vouchers for the product value and no money refunds. 

  • The vouchers will be lifetime valid and can be redeemed in the next purchase with us.

  • The vouchers will be issue for the respective purchase value once we receive the returned item and quality check it.

  • Label Chaitanya reserves the right to refuse a shopping vouchers request if the product is not received in its original condition or is received damaged or has been found to be used.
